Return by Return Label:

Use the Milla by Mail pre-addressed label attached to your invoice. Postage is required with this label and the cost of shipping is not refundable. Its easy, just two steps!
 
Step One
Fill out the Merchandise Return & Exchange Form enclosed in your package. Be sure to fill out the form completely and enclose with the merchandise you're returning to prevent any delay. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, We will pay the shipping for the new item.

Step Two
Affix the Return Label to your package and take it to any U.S. Mail location
 
Return On Your Own

This option is best for customers hat would like to use an alternative shipping method from an express mail carrier. Its easy, just two steps!
 
Step One

Ship back to Milla by Mail via UPS, FedEx or other service

Returns Without Merchandise Return & Exchange Form

On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Name, Customer number, Billing Address, and Ship to address (if different from billing address) Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise. Please note whether you would like to simply return the item or if you would rather exchange it for another item. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include the item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. We will pay the shipping for the exchanged item.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from us. We'll exchange or refund your money, whichever you choose. Please return the merchandise unused in the condition it was received. You have 14 days from your orginal ship date to return or exchange your merchandise.
 
Merchandise returned after the 14 day window will be sent back to the customer. Gift items must have a gift receipt. Coupons or special offers can not be applied to exchanged items or sale merchandise. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged, (excluding shipping and handling) Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
